As I reflect on 2024, I’m filled with pride, gratitude, and excitement for what we’ve achieved at ROSCH Company. This year was transformative, demonstrating the strength of our team, the trust of our clients, and the invaluable partnerships that drive our success.
We have completed hundreds of projects coast to coast, ranging from large-scale commercial projects to innovative residential development solutions. One of our most significant accomplishments was surpassing our highest-ever annual revenue, with an impressive 20% increase compared to 2023. This milestone underscores the commitment and expertise of everyone at ROSCH.
In 2024, we were honored to receive the SCOTY Award from the Associated General Contractors of Missouri. As proud three-time recipients of this prestigious award, we are grateful for the recognition of our dedication to excellence. These accolades belong to every member of the ROSCH team who continually goes above and beyond—I couldn’t be prouder of the team we’ve built.
Looking ahead to 2025, I’m filled with optimism about the opportunities on the horizon. With several groundbreaking projects already in the pipeline and our commitment to investing in technology, training, and sustainability, I’m confident we’re set for another year of remarkable growth. As we embark on this new year, our goals are clear: to continue raising the standard of excellence in the retaining wall industry, expand our nationwide footprint, strengthen the relationships that have been essential to our success, and create meaningful impacts in the communities we serve.
